This promotion is organized by DSense Living Rotterdam, located at Watermanweg 7a, 3067 GA Rotterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number.
The promotion period runs every quarter.
Participation in the promotion is completely free and open to all individuals aged 18 or older residing in the Netherlands. Minors must have permission from a parent or guardian.
By participating in this promotion you agree that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Conditions of participation

To participate in the promotion, you must write a review on Google. Link via QR code.
Each participant may only participate per purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms and conditions.
Incomplete, illegible or incorrect reviews will be excluded from participation.
Employees of DSense Living, their immediate family members, and other persons directly involved in organizing this promotion are excluded from participation.

3. Prices

The prizes offered as part of this promotion consist of a gift voucher worth 250 euros.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for products already on sale or subject to a promotion.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be changed or exchanged.
Winners will be randomly selected at the end of the quarter and notified personally by email or phone.
Any taxes or duties resulting from winning a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

4. Liability

Dsense Living is not responsible for technical failures, network problems, delays or other issues that may affect participation in the promotion.
Dsense Living accepts no liability for damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the promotion or the use of any prizes won, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
In the event of force majeure, Dsense Living reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.

5. Privacy

The personal data collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the execution of the promotion and in accordance with our https://www.dsenseliving.nl/privacy-policy/.
The data will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the promotion (for example for sending prizes).
After the end of the campaign, the collected data will be deleted within a reasonable period of time, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Other provisions

DSense Living reserves the right to exclude participants who act fraudulently or violate the terms and conditions from participation.
In cases not provided for in these terms and conditions, the final decision rests with DSense Living.
